Breastfeeding tops are different than "normal" tops, the M, L,... reflects more on your bust size than the overal garment.

CLOTHES SIZING

You will notice on the Size Options, there will be corresponding Numerical Sizes.

eg. Size Small (36), Size Medium (38).
means that this top in S will fit somebody with a bust up to 36 inches and a medium somebody with up to 38 inches.

To determine your size, take out the measuring tape and have it around the widest part of your bust.  This will help you to determine which numerical size in inches you are.

PLEASE NOTE : THIS MEASUREMENT IS NOT THE SAME AS YOUR BRA SIZE !!!

These Numerical Sizes tend to differ according to fabric type and the fit of clothes.

In this way, you can thus select the size that would best suit you according to
the following chart.

SIZING CHART

Most women will experience increased breast size during pregnancy and breastfeeding. The size change will vary from woman to woman, but generally it will increase at least one bra and one cup size (for example, an average woman's normal size 36B will increase to 38C). Expanding ribcage to accommodate growing baby and beginning of milk production are responsible for this change. We recommend measuring yourself before purchasing new lingerie during this period of your life.

Bra size

Measure around the chest, just under the arms, above the bust. This measurement is your band size. For example, 38" means that you are size 38. If your measurement ends in a fraction or is an odd number, round up to the next even size.

To double check your band size, measure around the torso just below the breasts. Add 5" to this measurement to find your band size. If your measurement ends in a fraction or is an odd number, round up to the next even size.

Cup size

Measure around the fullest point of the bust (measurement A), keeping the tape measure level without pulling tight. Measure under the bust line (measurement B). Refer to the chart below - the difference between measurements A and B is your cup size (1 inch = 1 cup size).

Bikini briefs size

The briefs size for most women will remain the same during and after pregnancy: for example, if you are used to wearing size M (medium), you will be comfortable in our size M. Our unique adjustable panties will expand with your hips and belly during pregnancy; you can also continue wearing them as you go back to your normal size after delivery. Measure your waist and hips to find which size works best for you.
