Postal costs are £2.99, this is by first class for the UK, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland, regardless of how many items you order!
If you have a discount code, please email me and I will refund you through Paypal.
We do post worldwide. Please contact us for shipping costs.
Delivery
I aim to deliver on the same day or the next day at the latest!
Here at Clever Mummy, we aim to make you happy. If you are not happy with the colour, fit or model, no problem! Just contact us and we will arrange a refund or replacement.
All items, except the bikini briefs and thongs, are returnable. Just pop the item with the labels intact in the original packaging in an envelope and fill in the returns form within 14 days of receipt. Please note that Clever Mummy is not responsible for the return postage. You do NOT have to send the returned item by recorded delivery, but make sure you always obtain a proof of postage.
An issue or refund will be arranged on receipt of the item.
